Cavallo is installed at La Serpara, the sculpture garden of Paul Wiedmer in Civitella D'Agliano, Italy.

Cavallo is a continuation of the Domesticated Beasts series that developed into a series of sculptures that demonstrate the duality of our relationship to the animals that we domesticate. Here the horse head is mounted with bridles made of deer antlers. The horse is turned into a weapon again, a proud creature that humans abuse to go to war. It is a monument to the horse as a wild and independent creature.
